Efficient hole pattern design
We offer special parallel hole pattern that is specifically designed for ring dies used in feed production, to maximize die capacity, maintain even wear profile, minimize energy consumption and also conventional hole pattern design for wood/biomass pelleting, to maximize die strength.
Exceptional manufacturing quality
Our dies are made from X46Cr13 steel using cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and vacuum heat treatment (to 53–54 HRC), all in accordance with our strict quality standards and performance requirements.
